Okay y'all, you caught me. I was so ecstatic that my client from this weekend and I stumbled upon bluebonnets at Walnut Creek. Ashley & Ryan's engagement session was the day after, so I had to bring them back! They live in Washington D.C., so coming back home to Texas in order to see bluebonnets was a must for them. The weather this weekend was completely perfect too! Since they were from out of town, I photographed their engagement session exactly 6 days before their wedding in Driftwood. This was also our first time meeting in person, so it was a fun filled week for the both of us! I'm so glad I got to spend so much time with this couple, check out their wedding post here!

Chloe and I did her bridal shoot around a month before her wedding at Walnut Creek Park. I absolutely fell in love with her dress as soon as I saw it, and I knew she was going to be doing some serious twirling in it! When she told me it was a BHLDN dress, I knew that was exactly why I loved it. I love photographing at Walnut Creek Park because of all the diverse places to shoot. Chloe was such a good sport (and brought great walking shoes!) as we walked around a huge portion of the park. AND! We were lucky enough to catch bluebonnets in season. Usually they're around for less than two months, so we got super lucky!
I know Kirsten as a fellow photographer, so I was so thrilled to shoot her engagement session with my pal Jeremy Salapek! We bounced ideas off each other for the whole session and got to explore a new park we had never been to. It's pretty far north in Austin but there are so many unique spots to hike around! Their tattoos represent the areas of the country that they're from, so they sort of match but are still unique to their individual stories.
